Bounce is a unique London venue situated in Farringdon as well as expansion in Shoreditch. In a beautifully designed space it features 17 bespoke ping pong tables (one of which was used in the London 2012 Olympic final), a 95 cover raised restaurant with an Italian inspired menu, and a stunning full cocktail bar that takes centre stage. The bar is stunning and the bar tenders take real pride in making the perfect cocktail time and time again, the beautiful restaurant has an open plan kitchen with a wood burning oven and there is full table service throughout the entire venue creating a challenging environment for a team of tenacious floor staff. Our private room has a dedicated cocktail bar with it’s own mixologist, DJ, state of the art integrated karaoke system, up to 3 bespoke designed ping pong tables and the option for branded paddles (that’s ping pong bats to you and me!) and comes with a dedicated host Due to its incredible success and its massive plans for growth we are searching for keen hospitality professionals to join our success story and be a strong part of our ever growing team – either at our Farringdon venue or to be there when we open our new Shoreditch venue. Salary: • Between £7.50-£10.50 depending on experience and job title. Shift type: • Monday-Wednesday: 4pm-12am (Restaurant 6pm) • Thursday: 4pm-1am (Restaurant 6pm) • Friday & Saturday: 12pm-1am (Restaurant 12pm) • Sunday: 12pm-11pm (Restaurant 12pm-9:30pm)
